Adventures: In Bible we continued to study how Jesus is "the Lamb of God". All of the boys made a handprint lamb and Senior wrote his verse on his.


In history, we looked at how pioneers went west on the Ohio river. We also studied the state of Ohio and Johnny Appleseed.

Our science this week was a very light overview of animals.

This week we finished my favorite read aloud so far, "Farmer Boy". Senior and I both really enjoyed this book. As a way of saying goodbye to Almanzo, we had his favorite food, apples & onions, with dinner one night.
